Information about partners and their role within the project
Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava,(www.stuba.sk)
the largest institution providing technical education in Slovakia, is the applicant and main implementing body. It is responsible for day to day project coordination, organization of the first Partnership Management Committee meeting, providing MSc. study for Afghan students and short-term study stays for Afghan university teachers, monitoring and evaluation and reporting to European Commission and partners.
Vienna University of Technology

as another European partner coordinates activities organized at its own institution, organizes the 3rd meeting of the Partnership Management Committee, provides short-term training courses, monitors and evaluates own activities and results and reports to the main coordinator.
The Asian Institute of Technology (www.ait.ac.th/)
is an international Asian higher education institution in Thailand. The Institute will organize the 2nd Partnership Management Committee meeting, provide short training courses for Afghan teachers and MSc. study for Afghan students. It monitors and reports about own activities to the main coordinator.
Kabul Polytechnic University (www.kpu.edu.af)
and Herat University (www.heratuniversity.org)
are main project beneficiaries. Both universities will assist in selection process of university students and teachers for short-term and long-term study stays, will organize specialized seminars and conferences in Afghanistan and will report to the main project coordinator.
